Andrew is a co- founder of ELM and has been involved with the business since its inception.  ELM is pleased to announce that Andrew has officially taken on the role of Sole Director. With his extensive experience , strong leadership skills and passion for the landscaping industry, Andrew is well-equipped to guide the company into its next chapter of growth and success. Andrew's commitment to client satisfaction will continue to drive the company forward and he is excited to see the positive impact he will make in his new role and looks forward to supporting ELM's team members in this exciting journey.

Andrew holds a Diploma of Horticulture and a number of other industry qualifications.

We are thrilled to have Toby take on this new role, and we are confident his passion and enthusiasm will continue to play a key part in shaping the future of ELM.

Our clients know and trust Toby to deliver high quality, landscape solutions that are on time and on budget. He is key to the daily operation of ELM having been with the company for over 10 years and in the landscape maintenance and construction industry for the past 15 years.

Toby oversees all of ELM’s daily operations, project managing a number of ELM services including maintenance, irrigation and specialist housing developments and has earned a high degree of trust from clients through honesty, commitment, a high-quality standard of work and consistently achieving outcomes.
