ELM has always maintained a strong commitment to all matters relating to safety.

Commercial landscaping operations, whether maintenance, construction or reticulation, require vigilance and industry knowledge to understand the safety considerations for our own people, our clients and the general public in those areas where we are working.

We have on our team a dedicated and qualified safety officer, an integrated management system, safety policies and procedures document, management flow chart and detailed reporting and evaluation forms (OH&S Manual).

Each of our staff undertakes regular in-house and external training on a range of competencies including:

• Senior First Aid
• Traffic management
• Competency training in the use of various equipment
• Chemical spraying.

ELM’s OHS has been externally audited by a risk management company and has achieved a certificate of prequalification for Cm3.

ELM holds a current commercial pesticide licence and all relevant insurances.
